Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (or whatever period your business allows).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories still intact.

  • Personalised, custom, or printed products (e.g. custom team names, player numbers) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.

  • We will cover return postage costs in these cases.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or replacement (whichever you prefer) at no extra cost.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or through our returns form on the website, quoting your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason.

  2. We will send you a Return Authorization & instructions, including a return address (or label if applicable).

  3. Pack the items securely (preferably in the original packaging) to prevent damage in transit.

  4. Ship the package back to us. For standard returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost (except in faulty/incorrect cases).

  5. Keep proof of postage/tracking — the return is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds & Timing

  • We will inspect the returned item once received.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please allow up to 7 working days after acceptance for funds to reflect in your account (this may vary depending on your bank).

  • Shipping fees paid at initial purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect goods.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a different size, colour, or model, simply return your original item (following the above process), receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired item.

Additional Notes & Limitations

  • Items returned for “change of mind” must comply with the eligibility conditions above.

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost in return transit — use a tracked/insured shipping option if possible.

  • Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law (e.g. the right to cancel a contract) remain unaffected.

  • Returns and refunds may be refused if the items show signs of wear, are missing parts, or do not match the original condition.
